1. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been processed correctly. Please contact us immediately to check the status of your order.
2. If we are unable to deliver your party bags prior to your nominated party date, you will be contacted as soon as possible after placing your order and a refund arranged.
3. If no one is home at the delivery address, the courier driver will leave your parcel at that address unattended. At this time, the parcel becomes your responsibility. For this reason, please choose a delivery address that is most likely to be attended … c/- a work address is ideal. For deliveries in some regional areas, the courier driver will leave an attempted delivery card if no one is home to receive the parcel. In these cases the parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for collection.
4. Delivery to PO Boxes is only by prior arrangement due to additional surcharges.
5. Many of our party bags include small items which are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, so please choose carefully. Adult supervision of the use of our party bag fillers is recommended.
6. On occasion we may sell out of a particular party bag filler or ribbon. We will use our discretion and replace the out of stock item, with a similar one of equal or greater value and consistent with the chosen theme. We will notify you before replacing a licensed product.
