The courier driver will leave the parcel by your front door if no one is home. If this isn’t convenient, when you place your order please nominate a delivery address that is most likely to be attended, such as a business address.
For some regional areas, the delivery driver may leave a card with the location of the nearby Australia Post retail outlet that your order can be collected from.
